Ravindi Fernando

IFS Functional Team Lead

Ravindi is the IFS Functional Team Lead at CONIFS

Ravindi counts more than 7+ years of work experience working on IFS environments. Prior to working at CONIFS she worked with the IFS R&D team. Ravindi has experience working with clients in the Oil and Gas industry where she played a key role in helping with upgrading the IFS applications to version 10.

Ravindi has an MSC in Financial Mathematics from the University of Colombo with a GPA of 4.0. She is also ACMA CGMA (CIMA - UK) certified and also holds a BSc (Hons) in Transport and Logistics Management from University of Moratuwa where she was Top of her Class.

In her spare time Ravindi enjoys reading books & learning new things

Damindu Bandara

IFS Technical Team Lead

Damindu is the IFS Technical Team Lead at CONIFS

Damindu counts more than 6+ years of experience in the IT Industry. Damindu started his career at MIT (now LSEG Technology) as an intern Software Engineer where he was part of a team involved in a surveillance project. Prior to joining CONIFS he was part of the IFS R&D division as a Software Engineer where he worked on several R&D projects with different teams from local and foreign parts. Damindu also has played the role of the Scrum/Process Master in few R&D projects.

Damindu holds a B.Sc in Information Technology specialized in Software Engineering and an M.Sc in Advanced Software Engineering.

In his spare time Damindu loves to camp outdoors and engages in adventure sports when time permits. He also likes watching a good TV series every now and then.

Malinda Abewardana

Cloud Team Lead

Malinda is a Lead Technical Consultant (Cloud) at CONFIS.

A lead .Net developer with nearly 10 years of experience in the software development field, Malinda is adept at frontend, backend and cloud development.

He has a BSc in Information Technology from Curtin University in Western Australia.

Malinda enjoys watching movies in his leisure time.

Ruwan Pushpakumara

SharePoint Team Lead

Ruwan is a Lead Technical Consultant (SharePoint) at CONFIS.

He counts 13 years of experience in the software development field, which includes requirements gathering for implementation and deployment across the entire software development lifecycle.

Ruwan has a BSc in Computer Science, with a specialization in Maths & Statistics.

In his spare time, Ruwan plays and watches sports such as cricket and football. He also likes reading entrepreneurship articles, and engaging in political discussions.

Mevan Liyanage

RPA Team Lead

Mevan is a Lead Technical Consultant (RPA) at CONFIS.

Mevan possesses more than 7 years of experience in robotic process automation (RPA) in Microsoft Power Automate.

He holds Microsoft certification in Power Platform and is a UiPath certified developer. He also has a Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic.

When he isn’t working, Mevan keeps himself busy with aquascaping and fishkeeping.

Hirantha Perera

WSO2 Team Lead

Hirantha is a Lead Technical Consultant (WSO2) at CONFIS.

Hirantha counts six years of experience in the IT industry, including stints at CAM Management Solutions (CAMMS) and IFS. As a Lead Software Engineer in the IFS R&D team, he was responsible for meeting financial and supply chain business requirements with his team. Hirantha is adept at managing integration requirements using native integration brokers and third party platforms such as Boomi.

He has a BSc (Hons) in IT,with a specialization in Software Engineering from the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology (SLIIT).

In his spare time, Hirantha travels to be one with nature. He also enjoys watching movies and TV series.
